Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

PDFs and downloadable materials

Any other downloadable or streamed digital content
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or credits.
Beat Licenses
All beat licenses are non-refundable. Please review the licensing terms carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about licensing rights or usage, contact us before completing your order.
Physical Merchandise
If physical merchandise becomes available through our store, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item:

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product.
Custom Services
Payments for custom creative services, including music composition, sound design, audio editing, production, consulting, or other commissioned work, are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled before work starts, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If work has already commenced, refunds will be issued only at our discretion and may be reduced to reflect work already completed.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us promptly. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a digital purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download when appropriate. Technical assistance does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
